In My CEZ, CEZ Vanzare customers can find all the information about their electricity and natural gas contract in one place.

The portal features a simplified and intuitive design, along with new functionalities designed to help customers save energy and time:

• Checking electricity and natural gas consumption
• Viewing and downloading CEZ Vanzare invoices
• Making online payments
• Viewing payment status and arrears
• Managing multiple consumption locations from the same customer account
• Scheduling visits to CEZ Customer Relations Centers
• Submitting self-read meter readings
• Viewing consumption, invoice, and payment history
• Requesting a quote or entering into an electricity or natural gas contract
• Checking the schedule of planned power outages.

Customers wishing to activate My CEZ must register using their customer code and a valid email address.

My CEZ is a service provided by CEZ Vanzare S.A. to its customers or potential clients, as the owner of the application and data operator, with regard to personal data processing. My CEZ is protected by copyright law and other applicable legislation.
